Help for schools in the London Borough of Haringey
The Tottenham Grammar School Foundation provides assistance in the form of Somerset Grants to maintained schools in the London Borough of Haringey for items that are not normally provided by the Local Education Authority or the Governing Body.
All London Borough of Haringey Primary, Secondary and Special Schools, as well as Children’s Centres and Nurseries can apply.
An Application Form and an Advice Sheet have been prepared for schools who are considering applying to the Foundation for funds. Click here to view the current versions of these documents. You can also print a copy or save them to your local disk. Generally, the Foundation’s application forms have to be printed out and then filled in by hand, however a version of the Schools’ form is now available for on-screen completion (so that, for example, text can be cut and pasted from other documents). This special form is not available for download from this website - it should be requested by email from schoolform@tgsf.info.
The dates of the Foundation’s meetings can be viewed on the meetings dates page.
For approved Grants involving the purchase of books or equipment, a small range of labels and plaques is now available to schools. Click here for more details.
