There are currently five items that schools can be request (by completing the order box on the claim pro forma). These are:
BOOK PLATE
These are self adhesive white paper labels approximately 7cm X 10cm in size.
These labels are usually placed on the inside front or inside back cover of books,
or on the flyleaf.
SILVER LABEL
These are self adhesive reflective silver labels approximately 12cm X 4cm in size.
These labels can used on rigid surfaces, e.g. on musical instruments, other equipment,
etc
TRANSPARENT LABEL
These are self adhesive clear labels also approximately 12cm X 4cm in size.
These labels work best if applied to light coloured rigid surfaces.

METAL PLAQUE
These are rigid self adhesive polished aluminium plaques approximately 12cm X 4cm in size and 0.5mm thick.
These plaques can only be used on flat rigid surfaces.

EMBROIDERED BADGES
These are embroidered cloth badges which are designed to be sewn on to fabric or other flexible surfaces. They are approximately 13cm X 9cm in size.
These badges have been created for use by Somerset Grant and Award recipients involved in district and national standard sports. Schools might find them useful for particular applications - however, there are only very limited quantities available.
