Instead of filling in a paper form, students applying for either the Somerset Award or the Somerset Undergraduate Award can use the form below to electronically submit their application details to the Foundation. The information will be used to create a completed form for students to print out and take or send to their last Haringey secondary school so that the head teacher can sign and stamp it. Using this procedure, the application will be processed far more quickly than if submitting a form filled in by hand because 95% of the data will already be accurately entered on the Foundation’s systems.
After you have SUBMITTED this form, its contents will be used to used to generate a fully filled in form (apart from the two required signatures) and this will be sent back to you by email. You should usually receive the email within 48 hours of submitting your details (often much sooner). You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer and have a printer. You must print out the form, then sign and date it before getting it signed, dated and stamped by your last Haringey secondary school. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the fully signed and stamped application form is returned by post to the Tottenham Grammar School Foundation in good time for the 30th November 2011 closing date. Shortly after it has been received, your application will be fast-tracked and you will receive an Award Letter by post which will confirm the value of your Award and tell you what you need to do to receive payment.
